New Student Breakfast

The Utley PALS hosted the annual new student breakfast Friday morning in the library. New student to RISD were served donuts and juice while PALS  went around and welcomed them to Utley and Rockwall. There were over 70 new students to the district from as far away as California, Colorado, Nebraska and even Puerto Rico.
