Architecture Students Compete in Dallas Parking Day!

Burton Academy Architecture Students traveled to Downtown Dallas to compete in a world wide Parking Day challenge. Companies, Universities, and ISD's compete to make Parking lot size parks. Architecture student Marlin Gentile explains, "Parking Day is a day all over the world where people turn parking spaces into lushious parks. Our theme we chose this year was to create an environmental but interactive park that everyone can have fun while using. Eleven students put aside rivalries between Rockwall and Rockwall-Heath to create this park."
