 Physical Information for the 2023-2024 School Year

All students wishing to participate in Rockwall ISD Athletics in the 2023-2024 school year must have a current physical on file with our Athletic Trainers and complete all the online forms below prior to participating in any athletic activity.  A current physical means that the physical must be done after March 1, 2023.  If you have questions regarding physicals please feel free to e-mail our Head Athletic trainers at Rockwall High School or Rockwall-Heath High School.  For middle school physical questions, If you live North of I-30 e-mail Cary Tyson.  If you live South of I-30, e-mail Cady Hinderliter.
