International Dot Day

On September 15, students and teachers worldwide celebrate Dot Day, inspired by the children's book The Dot by Peter H. Reynolds. Students were invited to wear polka dots and display their best "can do" attitudes! Throughout the week, students heard the book during their library time and created various artistic dots. We talked about the power of positive thinking and how important it is to be a light and encourage others when they are down. Happy Dot Day!
