Rockwall-Heath HS 2018 graduate, Evan Scott, and current senior, Preslie Mann, recently interned at the Original House of Pancakes in conjunction with the Greater Dallas Restaurant Association and Medical City Dallas Kids Fit Menu program.
They were asked to completely revamp the children's menu with a focus of healthier entrees. They both received a $500 scholarship from the Greater Dallas Restaurant Association's Education Foundation.
