Rockwall HS and Rockwall-Heath HS BPA students are state-bound after competing at the Regional Leadership Conference, hosted by Rockwall HS. They will compete against 2,800 other delegates in Dallas, March 6-9.
More than 400 BPA members competed from Area 3, Region 1.
