Rockwall HS student, Cooper Neill, advances to the FCCLA Nationals Fashion Design Competition after competing at state. Cooper is one of two students in the state of Texas that will be representing Texas at the FCCLA Nationals Fashion Design Competition.
The national competition will take place at the FCCLA National Leadership Convention in June in Anaheim, California.
The award-winning evening gown will be showcased during the 2019 Spring Fashion Show Monday, May 20 from 4-6 p.m. at The White Sparrow Barn in Quinlan, Texas.
