Billie Stevenson Youth Advisory Students Learn About Culinary Arts

Billie Stevenson Youth Advisory students recently learned about creating delicious dishes with the Culinary Art Students at the Dr. Gene Burton College and Career Academy.

The Youth Advisory Council is made up of 12 students that have a passion for heathy eating and living. The students plan all healthy events at Stevenson throughout the year, guiding students and staff through family health events and Winter Workout Challenge. 

Thanks to this collaboration, 4-6 graders experienced the culinary arts program and tour other health courses being offered in Rockwall ISD.
