The Rockwall-Heath HS Marching Band recently competed in the UIL Area C Marching Contest, where the placed 9th.
This is only the second appearance by the Mighty Hawk Band at the 6A Area Contest in school history, and the first time they have been designated as a 6A Finalist.
It is a major accomplishment for the students, and a large step forward as they build toward one day earning an invitation to the State Marching Contest.
