College Board Recognition Program Honors for Rockwall ISD Students

October 12, 2021

Twenty-one Rockwall ISD high school students have earned national recognition from the College Board for their high scoring performance on the Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Test (PSAT).

Rockwall High School and Rockwall-Heath High School students received these honors by taking the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) in either October 2020 or January 2021.

In addition, these students had to achieve the minimum requested PSAT/NMSQT scores (qualifying level may vary by state each year), earn a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher by the middle of their junior year, and identify as an African American, Hispanic or Latinx, or Indigenous high school student.

The College Board National Recognition Programs grant students academic honors that can be included on college and scholarship applications.
