EMT students at Dr. Gene Burton College & Career Academy were recently oriented by Rockwall EMS. Students were oriented to the inside of the Rockwall EMS Ambulances and seniors will soon be riding on shift with the paramedics of Rockwall EMS.
They will be able to participate in all aspects of EMS calls, while learning their EMS skills. When they are finished they will be able to take the national exam and graduate with their high school diploma as well as their Texas EMT Certification.
