Architectural Design Students Bring Home Awards from State Competition

The SkillsUSA 2022 Architectural Design competition team from the Dr. Gene Burton College & Career Academy recently competed in the 2022 SkillsUSA State Competition.

All eight students received the highest award which is a “Superior Blue Ribbon Rating” for their portfolios, models and architectural drafting designed and constructed for this competition.

“This group of architecture students constantly amaze me with their talent, creativity, attention to detail and professionalism,” said Mrs. Card, architectural design teacher. “I am so proud of all that they have accomplished"
