The Board of Trustees approved the hiring of Dane Steinberger as the new Rockwall High School principal. Mr. Steinberger joins RHS with 26 years of experience in public education, all of which have been with Rockwall ISD. Mr. Steinberger has been the principal of Utley Middle School for the past six years.
He has also served as the secondary summer school principal, science teacher, and coach across several campuses in Rockwall ISD, including Rockwall High School, Rockwall-Heath High School, Cain Middle School, and Utley Freshmen Center. Mr. Steinberger earned a Masters in Educational Administration from Texas A&M-Commerce and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Science from West Texas A&M University.
