The Rockwall ISD Education Foundation (REF) held its first board meeting of the new school year and welcomed four new members to the board. Joining the existing group of 11 directors are Wade Gent with Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson LLC, Shelbi Hemphill with Rockwall ISD, Shannon Hernandez with Deloitte and Trevor Johnson with North Texas Indoor Digital Billboard.
The REF just wrapped up the 2022 RISD Employee Campaign, iAM the Foundation, with a record-setting number of enrollees. Coming up next on the calendar is the RISD Elementary Robotics Competition in October and the highly anticipated Bowling Classic on March 24th.
