Throughout the month of December, the Amy Parks Mariners have been busy spreading joy and kindness throughout their school and community. Students have been spotted all month long engaging in acts of kindness!
Each time a student was caught showing kindness they were recognized by getting to choose an ornament to hang on their campus Kindness Tree. Also, on campus this year, students and staff were asked to share what brings them joy through an interactive bulletin board, displayed for everyone to see, in hopes of spreading joy to one another.
In addition to spreading joy around the school, each grade level adopted a family to support during the holiday season to spread joy within the community. The Mariners and their families partnered together to bring in items that these families needed to help make their holiday wishes come true.
