The Black Hawk Robotics Team recently competed at the World Championships ranked 5th in the state of Texas and finished as the Mercury Division finalist. The team also won the Creativity Award.
At the World Robotics Competition in Houston, there were 457 teams in 6 divisions. The Black Hawk Robotics team was undefeated and ranked 1st in the Roebling Division after qualification matches at 10-0. The team made it to the division finals falling just short to advance. They ultimately finished second in the Roebling Division.
