Howdy!  I’m Cindy Burns. Teaching is my passion, and I hope to spread excitement for learning to our Rockwall ISD students.  I was born and raised in Dallas, and received my education degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.  I have taught for 21 years, in Texas public schools.  I'm now at Ouida Springer Elementary School in 5th grade ELAR.  My conference time is 8:00-8:45 am.
