Complaints and grievances must be made to the campus principal, utilizing the district level 1 form, within 15 days of the initial decision. After receipt of the principal’s decision, the parents have 10 days to grieve to the Director of Student Services, using the district level 2 form. The process for Complaints & Grievances follows Board policy FNG(LOCAL).
