New Student Cookie Gathering

The Utley MS counselors, Ms. Rivera and Ms. Sarten, recently hosted a special cookie gathering, providing a sweet opportunity for new students to connect, make friends, and feel more at home within the Utley community.

Recognizing the challenges that come with adapting to a new school, Ms. Rivera and Ms. Sarten organized the event as a way to foster a sense of belonging. The gathering, held in the library, allowed students to share experiences, enjoy cookies, and build connections with both their peers and the counseling team. 

The Utley counseling team is dedicated to making all students' academic journeys as smooth and enjoyable as possible. This event not only exemplifies the counselors' dedication to student well-being but was also a great way to set the tone for a school culture centered around warmth, kindness, and connection.
