• Intro to Culinary Arts serves as a comprehensive introduction to the kitchen setting while teaching soft skills, food safety, and general kitchen practices. Both hybrid and remote instruction models will remain as a 60% theory and 40% kitchen production curriculum. 

  • The second year culinary arts class serves as a time to develop more crutial skills and gather more knowledge of food production. Students in culinary arts are also able to help advanced and practicum students with running the on site student run restaurant, the Crave Cafe.
