Mrs. Anne Piper, MA, CCC-SLP

My name is Anne Piper and I am proud to be the Speech-Language Pathologist for Celia Hays Elementary. I am so excited to work with your child! After graduating from Wichita State University with both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees, I married and moved to Texas where I worked as a Speech Pathologist for 14 years with Tri-County Special Education Cooperative in Commerce, Texas. This is my 10th year as a Speech Pathologist at Rockwall ISD and I love what I do! My husband Neil and I have been married for 24 years and we are the proud parents of two awesome Rockwall High School graduates, Cole and Lauren.
