Hello everyone! My name is Michaela Jacobs! I will be teaching 4th grade Math, Science, & Social Studies this year. This is my 2nd year teaching, but 1st year in Rockwall ISD! I grew up in Rowlett, TX and graduated from Rowlett High School. I then attended Texas A&M University and graduated in May 2019. My first year of teaching was in Van, TX at Van Middle School. My fiance at the time worked at Sky Ranch so I moved out there before we got married November 2019! So I am a newleywed and have loved every second of being married to my best friend for almost 9 months now! My husband, Liam Jacobs, is from California and just about the most surfer guy you will ever meet! He just got a job in Royse City ISD at Bobby Summers Middle School as an 8th grade teacher and coach. This is what moved us out here and we are so excited to continue to grow out little family! We do have a 7 month old kitten named, Rey Palpatine (yes we love Star Wars! haha). We love all things outdoors, home decor, and hanging out with friends!
