Workout clothes order form:
This form is for athletes at both RHS and WMS. This is the Gymnastics rules and policies packet:
All other forms must be electronically signed through Rank One:
On that page, hover the mouse over the "electronic participation forms" tab and click one at a time each form. As I understand it, you will enter the students name, parents name, and then sign with your mouse and move on to the next form. Be sure to fill out every form and push "submit" at the bottom of each one.
