My name is Cynthia Wineigner and I have been married for 15 years to an amazing man, Matthew Wineinger.  We have 2 wonderful children together Isabela, 7 and Santiago, 4.  This will be my 14th year of teaching and my first year with Rockwall ISD teaching PreK, my favorite grade of all time!
