Should Rockwall ISD develop an afterschool program? What would it look like?
Your opinion counts!
Give us your thoughts by completing this short survey (Click Here) . Active through Feb 18.
Rockwall ISD is always exploring the possibility of programs that benefit students and families. Currently, we are evaluating the implementation of a Rockwall ISD after-school program that would serve students in pre-kindergarten through sixth grade. Based on the level of interest expressed by parents, the district will then determine whether to implement such a program and on what campuses the program will be available.
The Rockwall ISD after-school program will be fee-based and offered at the conclusion of the regular school day. The program will provide a safe and positive environment with a strong academic component. Students will benefit from curriculum reinforcement as after-school activities will provide additional skills that build on students' daily work and provide enrichment in a variety of areas.
The after-school program interest survey remains active through February 18.
