As part of the 21-Day Challenge, Stevenson Elementary leaders PE Coach Adrienne Hergert and Cafe Manager Elizabeth Williams held a grand finale “Fear Factor” contest.
Utley Middle School 7th grade SAGE students and 8th grade Pre-AP students recently came together in Mrs. Cypert's class to create a fun and reflective way to remember what poetry is really all about: creativity and expression.
Student officers of the RHS robotics team, the Full Metal Jackets, recently flew to Washington, DC to attend the 2017 FIRST National Advocacy Conference (NAC).
Rockwall ISD and Campuses Achieve Highest Accountability Rating
Rockwall Independent School District and all 19 of its campuses have achieved the state’s highest rating for academic achievement. The district and all campuses were officially rated “Met Standard” according to the Texas Education Agency.
“I am so proud of the excellence that has been achieved by our students and teachers. It takes everyone in our organization from bus driver to campus leadership to central office, in partnership with parents, to achieve such high student performance. It is that spirit of partnership in educating all children that makes Rockwall ISD an exceptional school district,” said Superintendent Dr. John “JJ” Villarreal.
Board Approves 2017-2018 District Calendar
