EMT Class Expands Hands-On Learning Through Extrication Training at Rockwall Fire Department

Students from the Rockwall Independent School District's (RISD) Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) class recently had the unique opportunity to enhance their skills through a hands-on extrication training session at the Rockwall Fire Department. The invaluable experience was made possible through a collaboration between Rockwall ISD and the local fire department, with special thanks to Chubs Wrecker Service for generously providing the vehicles for the training.
The visit to the Rockwall Fire Department allowed the EMT students to engage in real-life scenarios and learn the intricacies of vehicle extrication, a crucial skill in emergency medical response.
