Each year since 2013, our culinary program has participated in the Texas ProStart Invitational Competition. The Texas ProStart Invitational is an event that brings together high school students from all across the Lone Star State. It's an opportunity for students from across the great state of Texas to showcase their skills in a real-world setting. During spring break our team of five students traveled to Waco, Tx and competed against 40 other schools from across the state. Not only did our students place 2nd but each student also received a total of $12,500 dollars in scholarships! We are so proud of them! Please join us in congratulating them all for their efforts!
