2023-24 Rockwall ISD Athletic Forms and Physical Information

All students wishing to participate in Rockwall ISD Athletics in the 2023-2024 school year must have a current physical on file with our Athletic Trainers and complete all the online forms below prior to participating in any athletic activity. A current physical means that the physical must have been done after March 1, 2023.
