On August 15, 2022, the Rockwall ISD Board of Trustees approved the Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) to R.A. Ramos Construction in the amount of $1,391,026.09 to construct the Rockwall-Heath High School Multi-Purpose Tennis Facility. From the eight proposals received, R.A. Ramos was determined to provide the overall best value to the District and was the lowest bid proposal.
The RHHS Multi-Purpose Tennis Facility is scheduled to begin construction in Fall 2022 with an estimated completion date of Summer 2023.
