Rhianna Swift, a Rockwall High School Junior, recently won the People’s Choice Award for Rep. John Ratcliffe’s 2018 Congressional Art Contest.
Swift was chosen out of ten other finalists from the 18 counties in Texas’ 4th District.
“The artwork submitted for the Congressional Art Competition is always extremely impressive, and this year was no exception. I’d like to congratulate Rhianna for taking home the 2018 People’s Choice title, and I wish her the best in her future endeavors,” Ratcliffe said.
Her winning artwork, titled Rockwall at Dusk, is currently on display in Rep. Ratcliffe’s office.
