The Utley PALS recently hosted their annual New Student Breakfast where new students to Rockwall ISD were served donuts and juice while PALS welcomed them to Utley Middle School and Rockwall.
There were over 70 new students to the district from as far away as California, Colorado, Nebraska and Puerto Rico.
