Amy Parks-Heath Elementary PTO recently broke ground on an Outdoor Learning Center with funds raised by the PTO over the past two years.
“Our PTO has worked diligently over the past two years to raise money to fund this important project,” said Lindsey Spraggins, Amy Parks-Heath ES PTO Presidents, “and we're excited to break ground on this beautiful new addition to our campus.”
The Outdoor Learning Center will be a space where students can learn about science, gardening, math and many other subjects, while enjoying the sunshine and fresh air.
“We're very proud of this project, said Spraggins, “and we believe that this is a perfect way to celebrate the school's 25th anniversary.”
