The Rockwall-Heath HS Orchestra sent thirty-four students along with three ensembles to compete in the UIL Solo and Ensemble Contest at North Garland High School. Of these students, 17 earned a Superior Rating on a Class One Solo, 4 students earned a Superior Rating on a Class Two Solo, and all 3 performing ensembles received a Superior Rating on their ensemble.
The following students performed their solo from memory, qualifying them for the Texas State Solo and Ensemble Contest where they will perform at UT Austin in May:
