Due to inclement weather conditions in Rockwall County, all Rockwall ISD schools and support offices are closed tomorrow, Tuesday, January 16. The closure includes before-school activities. The District will monitor road conditions throughout the day on Tuesday to determine if after-school practices and events will be canceled. The individual coach or director will communicate information regarding the cancellation of those practices and events.
We will return to normal school hours Wednesday, January 17. Should conditions warrant a change to the school day for Wednesday, we will notify parents and staff as promptly as possible through our standard methods of communication: phone calls, mobile app and social media posts so that families can plan accordingly.
